To start a remote support session:

  1. Please wait for instructions from me as I have to start the process at my end first
  2. When instructed, please enter your first name in the ‘Your Name’ box and then enter the support key that I will give to you over the phone in to the ‘Support Key’ box.
  3. Click ‘Continue’ and follow the instructions.
